Meet Your Hosts: Rena, Sarah, and Julia - a trio of dedicated wellness professionals, blending expertise in yoga therapy, yoga instruction, music and massage therapy to guide you on a transformative journey during our half day yoga retreat.

Retreat Highlights:

1. Hatha Flow Yoga Practice: Begin your retreat with a rejuvenating Hatha flow yoga session. This practice will gently awaken your body, enhance your flexibility, and prepare your mind for the day's transformative journey.

2. Walking Meditation: Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature as you embark on a walking meditation. This allows you to connect with the world around you, find stillness within, and set your intentions amid the tranquility of the great outdoors.

3. Tea and Journaling: After the walking meditation, savor a warm and comforting tea as you are guided through a journaling session. This reflective process will help you delve into your heart's desires, set clear intentions for the year ahead, and release anything that no longer serves your growth.

4. Nourishing Snack: Replenish your energy with a nourishing snack that will fuel your body and keep you grounded as you continue your retreat journey.

5. Sound Bath with Massage: The day culminates in a blissful sound bath, where the resonant vibrations of healing singing bowls will envelop you in a deep sense of relaxation. As you surrender to the sound, skilled therapists will provide gentle massages to further release tension and promote inner harmony.
